Laundry and cleaning services may involve detergents, softeners, stain removers, fragrances, disinfectants, and other products that can cause allergic reactions or skin irritation for some individuals. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Customer responsibility to disclose sensitivities
You are responsible for notifying Fresh Drop Laundry before service if you or anyone in your household has allergies, sensitivities, asthma, eczema, fragrance sensitivities, or other relevant conditions, and for providing clear instructions (for example: fragrance‑free, dye‑free, no softener, no disinfectant, cold wash only). If you do not provide these instructions, we will process items using our standard products and methods.
No medical advice
We do not provide medical advice. If you experience a reaction, seek medical attention and stop using the items.
Limitation of liability (service‑related reactions)
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fresh Drop Laundry is not responsible for allergic reactions, skin irritation, rashes, or other health effects that may result from contact with laundered items, including where reactions may be caused by product residues, cross‑contact with other items, or pre‑existing sensitivities. If liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our responsibility is limited to re‑cleaning the affected items (or refunding the service fee for the affected load), at our option.
Fragrance‑free / hypoallergenic requests
We can follow fragrance‑free or hypoallergenic requests when provided in advance, but we cannot guarantee a completely allergen‑free environment or that all residues will be eliminated.
